Video Production- what's involved ?
Every video is different and unique, but the process is similar for each:
Pre-Production
The very first stage is to define in your own mind what you want the video to achieve. Don't worry about the details, we will deal with all that for you by arranging any briefings, research, locations, models, and material needed for the filming. A shooting script will be designed for your approval.
Shooting
Scheduled shooting will occur as needed depending on the complexity of the video. Often a single shooting is sufficient for the video and additional shooting will be scheduled as needed. The camera crew and director will travel to location/s to interview participants and shoot footage to illustrate, illuminate and reinforce the approved script. If required studio shoots are undertaken where controlled lighting and effects are employed, a product demonstration for example is typically shot in this way.
Post-Production
The first edit stage only uses small parts of the full video in order to adjust lighting, clarity, and special mood effects like old or new movie color and resolution. After the first edit stage is approved the second edit stage begins that will include music, photo gallery, and any special feathers needed. The resulting second edit stage is then presented for client viewing, approval, and amended if necessary following client feedback.
